Marianne Burish and Dan Mickelsen of Siegel-Gallagher recently represented Park Bank in acquiring both a new retail location and a new office space, after the bank made the decision to divide its Bluemound Road offices from its branch bank there.
Now located in Waukesha, Park Bank’s new office consists of 10,764 square feet at Crossroads XIV, 2300 Watertower Blvd. The new Park Bank branch is in Brookfield Marketplace at the corner of W. Greenfield Ave and S. Moorland Rd in Brookfield.
