Cory Sovine joined the Siegel-Gallagher, Inc. team in 2006 with a focus on retail sales and leasing. Sovine represents a wide variety of clients including retail and residential developers, institutional real estate investors, including national REITs and TIC funds and local, regional and national retailers. Counted among Sovine’s exclusive retail clients are Dave and Busters, Ethan Allen, The Melting Pot, CiCi’s Pizza, Restaurants Unlimited International, Francesca’s restaurants, Dunn Bros. Coffee and others.
A Milwaukee native, Sovine has a thorough understanding of the various markets in and around the city and southern Wisconsin with a solid understanding of what markets drive which types of retail. This comprehension of the local and statewide markets has helped Cory assist several of his local, regional, and national retail clients in getting deals done quickly and efficiently. Since coming to Siegel-Gallagher, Sovine has worked diligently on both sides of the transaction while representing his clients, totalling millions of dollars worth of transactions.
