Daryl Larson, CMCA, AMS

Daryl Larson joined the Siegel-Gallagher team in 2003 and has over 16 years of experience specializing in residential real estate management. Previously, he had responsibilities for the management and supervision of more than 3,000 residential homes and was Senior Area Manager for a group of six apartment communities, totaling in excess of 1,200 residential units.
Beginning in 2003, he became responsible for start-up operations and management of several condominium high rises, town homes and apartments throughout the greater Madison area, which Siegel-Gallagher Management Company now manages.
Larson currently serves as property manager for Metropolitan Place in Madison. Comprised of two tower buildings with 338 residential units and first-floor retail, Metropolitan Place is the largest and most prominent condominium development in Wisconsin.
As Senior Property Manager for condominiums, Larson leads monthly continuing education meetings for other SGMC residential property managers. Larson is a member of CAI (Community Association Institute) is serving his second three year term as a member on the Board of Directors for Community Associations Institute (CAI), Wisconsin Chapter.
