Jason Hernandez

Jason Hernandez is a Vice President with Siegel-Gallagher's Investment Properties Group. With 11 years of commercial real estate experience in Chicago, he is an expert in the valuation and sale of multi-family assets, having once sold a single multi-family property valued at greater than $60 million.

Before joining Siegel-Gallagher, Hernandez founded Keller Williams Commercial, a real estate services firm in Chicago. Prior to that, he and two partners established the Chicago office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where they were responsible for more than $1 billion in multi-family property sales. Hernandez began his real estate career on the principal side, as an Acquisition Analyst with Equity Group Investments in Chicago.  Hernandez's diverse real estate background and personal dynamism have made him a favorite of both corporate real estate clients and private investors.
