John G. Dulmes joined the Office Group of Siegel-Gallagher, Inc. in 2002, representing office building owners in fulfilling their occupancy needs, specialized corporate services requirements and dispositions. Some of Dulmes’ clients include Multi-Employers Property Trust, Building Trades United Pension Trust Fund, Time Warner Cable, Adelman Travel and Merrill Lynch.
Since joining Siegel-Gallagher, Dulmes has completed multiple transactions including M&I Bank, Kelly Services, Wachovia Securities, Cigna, Sprint, Delta Dental, Farmers Insurance and Time Warner Cable. Previously, Dulmes served for more than eight years as a sales executive with News Corporation, Frankel & Company, and Digital Impact, working with Fortune 1000 firms such as Deloitte Consulting, Proctor & Gamble, The Quaker Oats Company, Kellogg, Arthur Andersen and the National Basketball Association. In all of these relationships, Dulmes focused on customized solutions based on the specific needs of the customer.
