Keelyn McGill brings over 15 years real estate experience and five years of combined public and private real estate accounting experience to Siegel-Gallagher.  McGill moved from her native Southern California, where she worked for Layton-Belling & Associates, a full-service real estate investment and property management company. McGill’s responsibilities included financial statement preparation, investor reports, REIT compliance and related accounting activities.

Prior to that, McGill spent four years with Ernst & Young in their Real Estate Industry Group. While at Ernst & Young, she worked with several large real estate companies, including Koll Bren Realty Advisors, a real estate managed funds portfolio, and The Irvine Company, one of the largest privately held real estate holding and development companies in Southern California. In addition to planning and managing audits, McGill gained experience in operational reviews, fair market valuation analysis, acquisition due diligence, financial statement preparation, and SEC filings.

McGill began her real estate career with First American Title where she handled real estate transaction closings.  Four years later she left to establish a residential property management company which she owned until she obtained her MBA to pursue public accounting.  McGill’s public and private accounting experience and diverse real estate background allows her to understand and meet the financial reporting needs of Siegel-Gallagher’s clients.
