In August of 2001, Siegel-Gallagher continued to capitalize on its premium service by opening an office in Madison. Madison’s success has allowed each business group, and ultimately our clientele, to grow and prosper in Dane County.
In addition to Siegel-Gallagher’s leasing and managing Park West I & II, The Villager, and Metropolitan Place, Siegel-Gallagher has represented some of the most significant tenants in the Madison market over the last five years. Highlights include:
- Alliant Energy – 350,000-square-foot, build-to-suit project.
- Amcore Bank – Two new bank site requirements, including urban design /city process approval on East Washington site.
- CUNA Mutual Group – two requirements totaling over 100,000 square feet.
- Physician’s Plus Insurance Corporation – 40,000-square-foot regional headquarters relocation.
In the past 48 months, the Investment Properties Group has sold $140 million of assets, including 15 individual Madison properties and an 100,000 square-foot, multi-tenant office building.
