As property manager for Siegel-Gallagher Management Company, Amy Sovine brings with her a wide spectrum of experience, having worked with two major management firms in the Midwest. Most recently Sovine managed 245,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space simultaneously with a 261,000 sq. ft. 275-unit apartment complex. Her expertise also includes human resources management, leasing, budgets, contract negotiations, and renovations. Sovine's professional focus lies in turning stressed, declining developments into flourishing, profitable properties at the top of their markets.

Using strong detail-oriented organizational skills, Sovine has acted as General Contractor for many multi-million dollar interior and exterior renovation and capital improvement projects. Her enthusiasm, combined with a no-nonsense, hands-on approach, makes her invaluable to tenants and ownership, while her strong leadership skills aid in creating and managing a staff with the highest performance standards.
