Ethan Elser joined Siegel-Gallagher Management Company as an Assistant Property Manager in 2010, after graduating from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Elser is the lead manager on the Harris Bank Portfolio, consisting of a mix of Retail, Office, Industrial and Multifamily Receivership and REO properties.

Elser has developed a proficiency and thrives on these complicated deals that involve a myriad of issues. He has direct management for over half a million square feet of space and is quick to hit the ground running during any takeover. Elser’s eye for detail greatly assists his clients in capturing the most value in these situations.
