Kevin Hannan joined Siegel-Gallagher Management Company as an assistant property manager in 2009 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Hannan provided an immediate impact as a member of the construction team for a $7 million renovation of a publicly owned mixed use facility in Madison, Wisconsin.

He was instrumental in completing a complicated sale of an urban retail property to ensure a smooth transition for seller and owner. He has had direct management responsibilities for retail, industrial and office properties totaling over 300,000 sq. ft. He is adept at ensuring the highest quality and most efficient operation performance at the properties he oversees.
