Shaun Dempsey

Shaun Dempsey joined Siegel-Gallagher’s Office Group as Vice President
in 2010, bringing with him an insightful knowledge of the Southeastern
Wisconsin office market. As part of the office team, Dempsey’s main focus
will be on tenant representation. Previously, Dempsey was a commercial
real estate advisor in office services at the Boerke Company, Inc.
Dempsey brings with him deep connections to Milwaukee and Wisconsin
in both his business and personal life. His passion for commercial real
estate was encouraged early on by his father, a residential and commercial
building inspector, and his uncle, the managing director and partner at a
Milwaukee commercial real estate finance firm. These influences stimulated
Dempsey’s natural affinity for and understanding of the local commercial
real estate market.
Dempsey has represented an extensive variety of clients including QBE
Insurance, Thrivent Financial, State Farm Insurance, Qwest Communication
Company, DHR International, Teach for America, Broadview Security, Rose & de Jong, Buelow Vetter, American Advantage, and Medtronic.
