Steven Raynier
Portfolio Maintenance Director

Steven Raynier brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in both construction and operations management to Siegel-Gallagher. Previously, Raynier worked in facility operations for Transwestern, most recently as a LEED consultant and LEED Project Manager in the Sustainability Services division. Focusing on LEED certifications for existing buildings, Raynier completed energy audits, retro-commissioning, ENERGY STAR benchmarking, energy and water efficiency improvements and identified Energy Conserving Measures for buildings across the country. His schooling and experience in both HVAC, electrical, facilities management, and business management allow Raynier to offer a rare combination of technical expertise and business savvy.

Direct involvement in LEED implementation of over three million square feet of commercial real estate has exposed Raynier to a broad range of building systems and operations. Notable projects include: Milwaukee City Hall, Wisconsin – Retro-commissioning; Imperial Center, North Carolina – Energy Audits, Retro-commissioning & ENERGY STAR Benchmarking; Piedmont Center, North Carolina – Energy Audits & Retro-commissioning; 303 E 17th Street, Colorado – LEED Project Manager, ENERGY STAR Benchmarking; Energy Plaza, Texas – LEED Consulting. As Siegel-Gallagher’s Portfolio Maintenance Director, this experience will be put to good use making managed assets and 3rd party customer’s buildings operate more efficiently and with less impact on the environment.
