Thomas Spiros brings over 30 years of project management experience to the Siegel-Gallagher Team. Prior to joining Siegel-Gallagher, Spiros spent 12 years at Midwest Airlines in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he led airport construction projects and facility project management for assets valuing $22 million and representing five business units and over 20 departments. Spiros led multiple Midwest Airlines facility upgrades at Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport including Midwest’s ticketing terminal entrance, the Best Care Club, Airline Catering and Commissary Construction, Regional Airline Gate Construction, Operations Control and D Concourse security check-point expansion. He has managed facility modification projects at major airports throughout the United States.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Spiros communicates effectively with clients, consultants and contractors. This skill drives his success in tackling projects and completing them to the highest level of quality. Spiros has also operated his own general contracting and home inspection businesses–proving his dedication. He has executed in the field and is no stranger to hard work.
Spiros’ project management experience includes architect and contractor bid review and selection, option evaluation and pricing, value engineering, scheduling, construction oversight, and punch-list. Spiros’ knowledge of construction and building practices along with his strong commitment and service to clients makes him a valued member of the Siegel-Gallagher team.
