Susan Sprague has brought more than a decade of specialized real estate management experience to Siegel-Gallagher Management Company. Sprague is responsible for the management of Capitol West, a mixed used high-rise development totaling 141 residential and retail units and Main Street Parking Garage under one association in downtown Madison, WI. She is also responsible for The Chateau, a collection of condos, apartments, and commercial units in Waukegan, IL. In addition, Sue is the senior manager of Park Place Apartments, a receivership consisting of 208-unit apartment community in Janesville, WI.

Prior to joining the Siegel-Gallagher team, her responsibilities included the management, supervision, and success of over 2,000 residential apartments for two prominent Wisconsin-based real estate companies.
